Plan B: A person has to be at least 16 years old to purchase Plan B at a drug store. Our pharmacist indicated that he would probably only provide it to a male who was the parent,  military sponsor, spouse  or guardian of the female who needed it.  Males do not use plan b.

Levonorgestrel 0.75: Plan B is levonorgestrel 0.75mg taken twice.  Plan B One-Step is double that dose simply taken once.  There are a number of generic equivalents that are equally effective and generally about half the price.  Next Choice is one of those brands.  A doctor could also prescribe a single high dose of a cheap generic progesterone or combination birth control pill, or placement of an IUD will work.

It depends...: It depends on the grand scheme of life. Pregnancy is unlikely if one took 3 weeks of active pills on time. But, there are different ways of looking at life. For example, one might say "boyfriend" and go buy Plan B... but another might say "husband" and not worry about it and not take Plan B.

Not necessarily: If the condom was a proper fit and applied before any intercourse there would not be a need for extra BC. You can if you wish.
