hello, i have questions about my pregnancy. the doctor said i may have a miscarriage and that they can't hear the heart beat yet. i have done 2 ultrasounds and it remains the same. so i wanted to know if i could speak with a doctor about this?

Anyway, around 10 weeks gestation, the fetus's heart is big enough to be able to hear it using ultrasound.

Many reasons: A formal consultation would be really helpful for you, I think. There are lots of reasons why a young woman might get unexpected menstrual bleeding, such as a hormonal dysregulation. A gynecological exam would also help to make sure that the bleeding is actually from the uterus and not the cervix or vagina. If you missed a period then definitely get a pregnancy test. Contraception can be helpful.

we are trying to get pregnant. i might be, but i have a massive headache. can i talk panado for it or will it harm early pregnancy?

Paracetamol: I'm in the U.S., but I believe Panado contains only paracetamol (acetaminophen).  At any rate, any med that contains only paracetamol (acetaminophen) is safe for the fetus, whereas many other even mild pain relievers are not.  You should probably talk to a doctor about your headache, if you haven't already.  Best of luck!

Possibly: There could be a possible link. As discussed in prior versions of your question the next step is an evaluation by a ENT physician. They can do an examination and confirm the diagnosis. They can also determine if any treatment is needed.

One step at a time..: Being scared is understandable but don't let fear paralyze you.  If you have a good relationship with your parents, its always best to be open with them.  You can also go to the drug store and get a home pregnancy test.  You can find out if your suspicions are correct.  You can also get free medical care and pregnancy tests at your local health department.  Take one step at a time.  Best wishes!

is progesterone safe to take at 8 weeks of pregnancy? will it cause any birth defects? progesterone level at 8.9. still waiting to talk to my obgyn.

Sometimes: Progesterone is sometimes used in early pregnancy to decrease the risk of miscarriage but should only be used under the supervision of a physician.

it is my 3rd pregnancy and every time i face severe vomiting . i can not even talk and often answer with hands and eyes. i often feel my head revolovi?

Not unusual: It is not unusual, unfortunately it happens in pregnancy, try zofran, ask your doctor for script, you can also try vitamin b6 and dramamine, might help as well, make sure you eat often and smaller portions. And good luck with your pregnancy, at the end it always worth all the suffering.
