Vertebral artery: No. A pinched (stenotic) vertebral artery may not have any symptoms if the opposite vertebral artery is large enough to carry the additional flow. When there is blockage of one vertebral artery and poor collateral flow from other arteries then the pinched vertebral artery can cause imbalance, spinning of the room (vertigo), and light headedness or fainting.

: Did an ENT specialist evaluate you for similar symptoms 3 years ago when you had the MRI &amp; got no satisfaction?  I recommend consulting a different one as well as an oral surgeon this time ,perhaps at a university hospital, as you should be given a differential diagnosis and some treatment options for your symptoms which appear quite uncomfortable.

Anything: Headaches can come from fatigue, sleeping too much or too little, eye strain, sleep apnea, snoring, being dehydrated, having chronic sinusitis or allergies, too much caffeine or over the counter headache medication, high blood pressure or something more serious like a tumor. See your doctor and get checked.
