: Likely PMS. Conception occurs within day or so of the sex. It takes about 3 weeks for the embryo to make enough HCG for a positive pregnancy test. Blood test may be done a day after a missed period. Home pregnancy tests should be done 4-5 days after the missed period. If the result is negative repeat the test in 4-5 days. Use first morning urine and follow instructions for the test carefully.

Keep in mind: Ovulation is of course essential to pregnancy, but sperm in semen travels a long way inside and can live several days.  So there may be a day or two difference in ovulation before/during/after intercourse that still results in pregnancy.  Bottom line, if you're not intending a baby, use contraception.  Also, over the counter 'plan b' is safe for most women after unprotected sex.

Unlikely: Unless he ejaculated and semen entered the vagina. Very unlikely if referring to yourself at age 49. Should have a pregnancy test now week after an expected & missed menstruation. If the female is young. Also couple should use condom protection in the future.

Grey is the new pink: Yes, that is not unusual.  It may lighten up several months after the pregnancy is over, but it's unlikely that it will completely go back to what you consider normal.

Unlikely: Pregnancy won't happen if the sperm can't get into the vagina, or if the sperm are just a little bit into the vagina and can't swim all the way up into the cervix and beyond. Life sometimes will surprise people, because people having sexual activities are not thinking of the details (like exactly when and where a finger, a penis, or sperm are located). Basically, sperm don't swim through clothes.

No: It will help, but will not reduce chances to aero percent as the sperm will swim into the vagina before the "wiping/showering" occurs.

There is.: There is a chance. It's just that the probability of you getting pregnant is extremely low. 
Unfortunately, i cannot quantify the risk as there are multiple unknown factors (such as which day in your cycle are you in).

: If precum or even semen did not get inside the vagina, chance of conception is exceptionally low or nil. Besides, the conception also depends on the ovulation timing as well.

Accepted Answer

Possible yes.: Way more likely than the lottery,  maybe 1 or 2 %,  lottery is 1 in 100 million or so.  Use a effective birth control method all of the time.
