You'll need to discuss this with the doctor who prescribed your meds. You would want to consider changing meds if they aren't working or if you are having bad side effects from the meds. Politically charged: China has a reputation for executing prisoners on schedule to harvest their organs.  I don't think this qualifies as "donation".  There probably is a smaller, more traditional donation market there.  Japan, which does transplants on their people, have a tradition of not donating organs, so they are a ready market for organs of chinese origin.

Cycle may stay same: Microlut is a progesterone-only birth control pill. Menstrual periods come at one's normal times and is of normal duration and heaviness in the majority of cases. However, both shorter and longer cycles can be seen. Cycle changes 
occur mainly during the first few months of pill use, tend to stabilize over time, and in most cases an establishes and individual pattern in each patient.
