Varies...: Ovulation days may vary depending on when her cycle happened and how it has been( usually 2 wks before next) If it was expected to ovulate around those days it could've possibly happened due to the proximity of the calculated days. You just need one egg in order to get pregnant. She should keep track of her period and if there is any irregularity with it the should get pregnancy test.

~85% chance it works: Some thoughts... Consider taking a morning-after pill as soon as possible, because the sooner the better. If no normal regular period comes in a couple of weeks, one can consider checking a urine pregnancy test. If having sex and not on a birth control pill or other reliable method, then a woman should always carry condoms wherever she goes (that means keeping them in her purse, pocket, etc...).

If you are having difficulty becoming pregnant consider seeing a trained fertility doctor.   A good work up of yourself and your partner will be done to determine the cause of infertility.
