Trust the test: Home pregnancy tests are very accurate. They are the same tests used in a doctor's office. They can detect a pregnancy 7-10 days after conception. The best time to take one is when you miss your period.  If you doubt the result you can repeat it in 1-2 days. If you were pregnant the hormone level would rise enough for detection.

GYN exam: Given your tubal ligation and ablation, pregnancy is very doubtful. Given your age, I suggest a GYN exam, female hormone and thyroid testing, PAP smear and if needed a uterine sampling biopsy. Please do not ignore these symptoms. You may also require a transvaginal ultrasound.

Approx. 1.5% : After a perfectly performed laparoscopic tubal ligation, the risk of pregnancy is approx. 1.5% at 12 months out.  This compares to a risk of pregnancy  of 0.05% at 12 months with the essure method of permanent birth control (according to the essure literature).

Next to nill: A tubal ligation is at least 98% effective at preventing pregnancy. Reversal procedures are not very effective. If you have had a tubal and are not wanting to get pregnant, you will likely need to do ivf. If you are having pregnancy symptoms, take a home pregnancy test and then see your doc for further evaluation.

Less than 2%: Most people quote a pregnancy risk of 1-2% per year following tubal ligation, but this in part depends on how your doctor did the tubal.  It's not impossible to become pregnant, but it's not common either.  You don't say how you got pregnant in 2007, spontaneous of had your tubal reversed?  Your biggest risk is if you get pregnant, you have a relatively high risk of having an ectopic pregnancy.
