No but  . .: These will make your eyes feel better and there may be a little, temporary hydration which will smooth out these tissues.  But there is no absorption of any components nor any ability to eliminate the fluid causing puffiness from these applications.

It can be used to v abdominal cramps, improve pms/ menstrual cramps, to help abort migraine headaches (if used early on) & to v restlessness associated w sleep. It can v mild anxiety. It has been used topically for burns. It can cause drowsiness or allergic reactions (ragweed)it is not recommended during pregnancy or if taking blood thinning medications.
