Keep skin products s: Use a mild soap, warm water.  Then a lotion based moisturizer only on dry areas.

Either: Unless you are allergic to a specific ingredient in either one, both aveeno (oatmeal) and cetaphil have very good sensitive skin formulations.  See which feels best for you.

Not first choice: Cetaphil is an excellent product and is great for certain conditions such as eczema. If you are choosing one topical to treat your acne, Cetaphil is not the best single first choice. I would try a product with benzoyl peroxide as first line. If that doesn't help or is too strong for your sensitive skin, you should speak to your PCP or dermatologist for a more tailored recommendation. Good luck!

Depends.: Everyone's skin reacts a bit differently to various things that are applied to it. Both products are very good, in my experience - but you might prefer one over the other, depending on your individual preferences. The only way to find out is to try both. Some pharmacies keep "demonstrator" bottles of popular lotions on the counter, so that you can try before you buy.

Cetaphil: For sensitive skin cetaphil is a non-soap cleanser. and there are many varieties of it. For eczematous skin I love restoraderm, there is the creamy cleanser and even a foam one for acne. With sensitive dry skin remember to moisturize and avoid toners that strip your skin of its natural oils.

can the murad cleanser be good for acne prone & sensitive skin?

Salicylic acid: This is just salicylic acid. If you're prone to acne, and your skin is "sensitive", you're going to have grit your teeth and endure some discomfort to keep your acne under control, whether you use this, benzoyl peroxide, or a retinoic acid derivative. If you're not clear in two weeks, get with your personal physician. Good luck.
