Well you have: A uterine anomaly.  The double cervix does not prevent you from having an orgasm.   You need to discuss this with a gynecologist.  They can try some meds that might help you.

Cerclage stitch: A cerclage is often done with a type of suture called Prolene. It is very sharp like chicken wire. I think your partner would find vaginal penetration very unpleasant. Typically there are no restrictions regarding other sexual activity in patients with a cerclage. You will have to get clearance from your doctor if their are unique circumstances regarding your specific pregnancy.

help! is it possible to have an orgasm or receive oral sex while recovering from cryosurgery on your cervix?

Yes. Not related. : Cryosurgery is treatment of the cervix for abnormal cells. If you are receiving oral sex, that should not interfere with your healing cervix. It is advised not to have vaginal penetration for 2 to 4 weeks after cryosurgery do not irritate the cervix. Cryosurgery will also not affect your ability to have an orgasm. An orgasm will not affect your surgery or recovery. Keep your follow up Pap tests.

Here are some ...: Period would not be initiated by orgasmic contraction from climax of masturbation. If having vaginal spotting after masturbation, it's still a good idea to look into potential causes such as sex-related physical or chemical related factors or if there is any vulnerable mucosa especially at cervix. So, seek pro-evaluation and counseling timely.

Orgasm at own risk: Orgasm can cause uterine contractions which can cause the cervix to open in late pregnancy triggering placental previa  massive bleeding. Talk to your OB MD about this question and take his/her advice as they will be managing the complications of the answer.

Sleeping: This will not impact your pregnancy. How would you know if you have an orgasm while you are sleeping?

Orgasms: Orgasms do cause some rhythmic contractions to occur and even though actual intercourse causes more contractions, I'm sure your doctor wants you on strict pelvic rest.  This means no sexual activity.  You baby is just at the edge of being able to survive outside the uterus.   I wouldn't chance anything until you're at least 34 weeks.

The: Male counterpart must have a good sperm count and you must be at right time of conception.

Not typical: Usually cryo is associated with copious watery discharge for about two weeks. Bleeding is unusual and should be evaluated by your gynecologist.
