More needed: Dietary supplements and vitamins can help but more importantly you need to find out WHY you are anemic. There are many reasons for anemia such as iron deficiency or possibly genetic causes. You need a thorough workup. Also what is your BMI? That may be more relevant than your absolute  weight. Why Would You?: I no of no physician that  would routinely recommend that you take any vitamins at your age.  You should get your nutrients naturally from food.  There will be no added health benefit to your life from taking a multivitamin at your age.

No: As far as vitamins go this will not hurt anyone.Most of the product ends up in the urine within 24 hours if the person is not vitamin deficient. It is not advertized as being formulated for his age group but with these products that does not matter. It is quite difficult for anyone to be vitamin deficient when healthy foods are readily available.Most people need no supplements anyway.
