Not recomended: naproxen and celebrex are both NSAIDS and in general we do not recommend they be taken simultaneously. they are of different classes but two NSAIDS together is not wise.

You could try Tylenol (acetaminophen) with either medication

They are both good: The celebrex (celecoxib) is more selective for cox-2 and thus less likely to cause problems with bleeding and gastritis but both should be just as effective for the tendonitis itself.

No: Do not take more than one Non steroidal antiinflammatory at a time.  You are increasing your chances of negative side effects and toxicity.  Your kidney function and cardiovascular function are at the top of the list.  See a practitioner to help you with non medication approaches to your problem.

All mildly antiin.  : All mildly anti inflamm. Not familiar with acroxia. Anxiety not common with any.

Probably naproxen: Naproxen has been used for many years to treat acute episodes of gout-colcichine has been used longer but has more side effects if pushed.Celebrex (celecoxib) is an N SAID too but used more for having less gastrointestinal side effects. So the person who knows best with your history is the prescribing. Doctor.

Tylenol (acetaminophen): All NSAIDs have some risk of causing cardiac issues. The safest thing is to take a non-Nsaid like acetaminophen Tylenol

Celebrex (celecoxib): Because the chances to develop gastric discomfort/pain with Celebrex (celecoxib) is much lower and also because you can take it once or twice a day only, Celebrex (celecoxib) would be better.

i find if i take celebrex or aleve i get real tired, i switched to tylenol, wondered if meds that make you tired can slow down your metabolism?
