Cold exposure: Your symptoms are most likely due to vasomotor reactions to cold exposure with intermittent dilatation of skin capillaries as the body tries to shunt heat into its interior and away from the periphery(hands,feet,nose,ears). I wouldn't consider it due to any specific diseases.

i had a colonoscopy/endoscopy and two ct scans. so far i know i have a fatty mass infiltrating the wall in my cecum and thinking of the descending & sigmoid and thickening of left adrenal. i have symptoms as well. just curious what this could be?

Taper: Probably the only way of minimizing pain symptoms when withdrawing from opiates is to taper off. Many folks also prescribe tylenol (acetaminophen) to help with the achiness that is almost universal.

Usually mixed sxs: Typically, a large nerve is comprised of both motoric and sensory portions, and if compressed, pain may well be the very first sign.  Later on numbness or tingling occurs, and by time weakness and muscle atrophy emerges, problem is quite advanced.

It is a real disorder yet not yet well-understood. Sometimes other conditions like lyme disease are misdiagnosed as fibromyalgia. Mainstream treatment tends to focus on symptom relief but a more holistic approach is often helpful. See comment:.

Nerve pain: Not entirely sure what you mean. Where are the nerves not gliding normally? In your spine, or in the soft tissues due to tension in the muscles?
Some people have lower threshold for nerves to start transmitting pain (fibromyalgia symptoms can stem from that) and maybe there is a start to help you with treatment. Neurontin (gabapentin) medication might help you, or a muscle relaxer other than flexeril. Goodluck.

Get checked for: Lipoma/fatty tumor, hernia, lymph node etc. Take care!

do myocarditis and pericarditis get better in a matter of hours then worse again, and cycle, or are their pain symptoms consistent?

: Although early in the disorder, symptoms can steadily progress, and late in the disease, symptoms can gradually improve;  it would not be unusual to have some fluctuations over hours daily.  Pain especially can vary in intensity over the time of day.  Ask your doctor regarding the status of the disorder at this point.
