: This is hard to know but likely under study in limited institutional settings. In my state there are limited approved uses on a compassionate basis for treatment of childhood seizures. Knowing autism as I do, I cannot see a biological/physiological reason to expect it to do anything on the vast majority of these patients.

: By Drugs.com: "using olanzapine together with cannabidiol may increase side effects such as dizziness, drowsiness, confusion, and difficulty concentrating". By PDR: "monitor for excessive sedation and somnolence during coadministration of cannabidiol and olanzapine. Concurrent use may result in additive CNS depression". There is no info about increased or decreased zyprexa level due to interaction

i'm having gastric surgery in the next couple of months. the dr. will not operate until i've not smoked for 2 months. if i get a vape and only put cbd oil, no nicotine will that hinder as well?

: Anything you dose through your lungs can alter your anesthesia risk for such a procedure. Anything you vape can alter the blood flow in tiny capillaries and impair healing, not just nicotine. DeBakey, the famous heart surgeon had all cigarettes removed from soldiers rations because they increased losses.  Be smart about it and you can recover faster.

Weed is a psychoactive drug and will mess with your brain, legal or not.
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex.

CBD is not an opiate: As a result there is no risk of Olof dose naltrexone causing/precipitating withdrawal. They can both be mildly sedating so tiredness is possible - consider bedtime dosing.  As they are both sometimes affective for pain there may be an additive or even synergistic effect.

Studies: There are studies that show improvement is pain management for people with kidney problems such as Polycystic Kidney Disease. However, there is no studies showing the improvement in kidney function.
