CBD is not an opiate: As a result there is no risk of Olof dose naltrexone causing/precipitating withdrawal. They can both be mildly sedating so tiredness is possible - consider bedtime dosing. As they are both sometimes affective for pain there may be an additive or even synergistic effect.
