Not directly: CBC will have an indicator called the RDW or redcell distribution width.  When this is elevated, bone marrow is producing younger cells that appear bigger.

No: Not really. It can show signs of inflammation or infection and anemia. Unless you get some infection from your partner, it should not show that you had sex.

No: The CBC only shows the total number of white blood cells, red blood cells and platelets.  In order to diagnose leukemia, one must look under the microscope at many characteristics of the blood cells.  Usually this requires a test called a bone marrow biopsy.

Not syphilis: If it discharges pus, it is not a syphilis chancre. If it simply looks like a pimple or little boil, put hot compresses on it and get seen only if it becomes very painful or you get a fever, or it persists for more than a week.

Depends on Staging: When left untreated, syphilis progresses through three distinct stages that include the original genital sore, a rash that covers the body, and neurosyphilis. Between these stages, the infection becomes dormant and the patient is asymptomatic. This is one of the many reasons you should always use protection during intercourse. Your partner may not even be aware of his or her infection.

Yes: This is critical. Even one blast cell on peripheral smear is extremely serious. Some automated cell-counters using image analysis may mistake them for normal lymphocytes or monocytes. There's still no artificial-intelligence substitute for the human eye. If a hematologist suspects myelodysplastic syndrome, leukemia or some other myeloproliferative disease, they will look at the smear themselves.
