Dehydrated?: You may just be volume depleted, particularly if your light headedness occurred when you stood up.  Drink extra non-caffeinated, non-alcoholic liquids.  If your symptoms persist, see your doctor to get evaluated.

Herbs: Definitely can cause many side effects. See someone else. Multiple drugs taken over such a short period of time is mysterious. How would any provider, especially a relatively untrained "naturopath' , know when one or the other caused side effects, many which are well known with many "chinese herbs"? Find a doctor and discuss.

Arteries: Yes,the pressure or strength of the pulsation in each carotid artery should be the same unless there is a blockage reducing the pressure in the one with a weak pulsation. However this would be unusual in your age bracket. If you have further concerns have your physician examine and advise you.

Call 911: You need immediate evaluation .  High sugars can indicate diabetic ketoacidosis and impending diabetic coma.  Eye tinting could represent liver issues.  You need to call 911 for transport to ER
