Possible : Nerve impingement in the cervical/  neck area, needs imaging study such as MRI of cervical area, possibly even brain. Have an evaluation as soon as possible to get relief.

These : These are very non-specific symptoms, and could mean a wide range of problems. General aches and pains could be secondary to viral illness, fatigue, stress/anxiety, musculoskeletal issues, etc. The shakiness could be due to low blood sugar, anxiety, chills secondary to infection process. The easy bruising could be due to a low plalelet count or other abnormality in blood count.
The bottom line here is to have a complete medical evaluation by your primary care provider. Hopefully after a detailed history, physical, and testing, your doctor will have a diagnosis(es) and will be able to provide a treatment plan.

Absent diagnostic findings, Fibromyalgia, hyperventilation &amp; chronic anxiety need to be considered.

No such thing: Eye muscles work to alter eye position and are involved in focusing inside the eye.  They might not work well from nerve damage, trauma and some diseases.  Otherwise they do not get weak.  If the eye movement muscles dysfunction you might see double.   If you are having symptoms that you think are from "weak" eye muscles, check with your ophthalmologist.

Fluids, wait it out: There are hundreds, maybe thousands, of home remedies for hangover, but there is little or no evidence for any of them.  Dehydration is a major issue, and pushing fluids may help.  Toxins build up that have to be metabolized and excreted, and there is really no way to speed that up. Ibuprofen or tylenol (acetaminophen) for headache, lots of fluids and time.  Next time, strongly consider drinking a lot less.
