Probably nothing!: Avoid any tight bra for the foreseeable future, also avoid breast stimulation by your partner, or by yourself 
as well!
If symptoms continue, or become worse see a breast specialist.

Clomid (clomiphene): The symptoms you are having are probably not related to Clomid (clomiphene) or ovulation. Just take it easy.

Variety: Sensations like this are sometimes related to menstrual changes.  If there is any unusual skin redness or nipple discharge this would be worrisome for an infection of the milk duct.  If the discomfort persists, you should see your doctor for an exam and possibly an ultrasound.  Keep notes about when the pain started, and what factors make it better or worse.

Mastitis?: You might have mastitis - an infection in the breast .Do you have fever? Discharge? Tenderness to touch? Has there been any recent trauma? Overly tight clothing? If you're not improving, you should be examined.

Chest pains!!!: Regardless, could be only muscle pain. However, pain in your chest with the symptoms you have described  is a serious medical condition. It is always a red flag and appointment with your pcp is warranted.

While mild episodes of anxiety are common and do not usually require treatment, more severe forms can be chronic and debilitating. Symptoms of severe anxiety: insomnia, appetite changes, palpitations, and pain. Rec.: see your PCP for evaluation.
