Soft stool: Likely can happen with artificial swtnr. Irritable bowel syndrome or colitis or gastroenteritis can cause it too but usually they are present with other symptoms too.

Constipation: The main cause of every slow-movement in your intestines is a lack of serotonin; 1.- Suspedn any medication you are taking; obviously if its not a chronic tteatment I mean if it does affect you more to suspend it rather to take it, then keep taking it; 2nd thing to do is to drink plenty of water; I mean lots of it @ least the same amount that your calories intake. 3 Try Green Peas

Thrombosed hemorrhoi: Sounds like you have a thrombosed hemorrhoid. The best thing to do is soak in a warm bath a few times a day and the pain and swelling will subside in a few days. Make sure you avoid getting constipated by adding fiber to your diet. If the pain is just unbearable, see a colon and rectal surgeon who can excise the hemorrhoid to help speed up the process. Creams and lotions are a waste of money.

Maybe: Local,infections can cause these symptoms. Try a drawing salve such as PRID applied to,the ‘bump’ 2-3 times daily. If that does not resolve in a week, do see a HCP.
