: Hmm.  Can’t think of many ways this would happen. Tuberculosis maybe. Of the lymph node, bladder, kidney but very rare in US. Or lymphoma. Or arm injury and cystitis. Discuss with your team again.

In the absence of pain, tenderness or any digestive symptoms, I would hold off consulting a physician or surgeon and give the symptoms a few more days of observation.
