Anxiety and stress: if you were pregnant, you should have different symptoms than 'feeling a heart beat in your stomach'. Fetal heart beats can be heard, generally by the second trimester, by outside devices placed on lower stomach. If you haven't had a physical recently, you should get one. If indicated, your doctor can order an abdominal US to clarify any swelling or source of inflammation in your abdomen.

i have done ivf and i am 6w2d pregnant, however my doctor says that my sac is not growing and heart beat is also 85bpm what is the reason for this?

Possible miscarriage: Unfortunately, this may not be a good pregnancy because these are not good signs.  There is still hope so keep your fingers crossed, but the chances that this pregnancy will miscarry is high.

i have a home fetal doppler. i'm almost 33 weeks pregnant. i check the heart beat once every week to two weeks certainly not every day cause i worry if i check to much it will be dangerous. his heart beat goes from 150's to 180s. is that normal?

: First of all I pray that you have a healthy normal delivery.  Your baby's heart rate is not particularly high and I think you are causing yourself unnecessary stress by resorting to this electronic monotoring device.  Give your doctor (obstetrician) a call to sett= you mind completely at rest.

Don't worry: More than likely, if there is a "tumor" in your uterus it is what is called a fibroid (leiomyoma).  These are very, very common and not cancerous.  If it is not very big, it is unlikely to affect your pregnancy, but your OB will probably just keep an eye on it throughout the pregnancy.
