Causes of miosis: Pupillary constriction is called miosis. I presume it is just one pupil.  There are multiple potential causes, some benign, and some indicating a dangerous condition.  If the miosis is of recent onset, i advise a trip to the er.  If it has been present for a while (months to years), you should see a neurologist or an opthalmologist. Don't ignore it.

Need an exam: I do not think it’s your pupil but it could be on ur cornea or ur lens.  It could be Cortical cataract. If it’s not effecting ur vision with no pain and it has been there for many yrs then it should be not that concerting .  It be a good idea to have an eye exam with an eye doc.
Did you have any trauma or injury to your eye in the past?  It could be corneal scar or traumatic cataract.

Many causes: An eye exam is needed to know why the pupils are unequal, as there are many causes. A slight asymmetry in pupil size might be normal for some. A dilated pupil on one side can the the sign of a serious problem (3rd nerve paralysis), as can an abnormally small pupil on one side (horner's syndrome). Adie's tonic pupil causes a large poorly reacting pupil on one side. Get an exam for a diagnosis.
