Petechiae: Petechiae is a small (1-2mm) red or purple spot on the body, caused by a minor hemorrhage (broken capillary blood vessels). You should go to see your doctor as soon as possible if you see petechaie and get some blood work and make sure your platelet level is okay. That is a form of bleeding so you need to know why you bleed so your doctor can stop it.

Rash may be from sun: This type of rash can occur from chronic sun exposure. Severe vitamin C deficiency, disorders of platelet function and some drug reactions can also cause this. There are also other skin conditions that look like petechiae. If it persists, having a dermatologist evaluate would be my advice

It may represent a relatively benign condition or herald the presence of a significant underlying disorder such as low platelet levels, coagulation factor deficiencies, or a vascular defect. Testing should be continued until the cause is found, particularly if fever is also involved.

Petechial rash: loxalized petechial rash on your leg doesn't mean you have leukemia. The most common reason of petechial rash is local trauma. Leukemia has more symptoms like fever, fatigue, weight loss, pale, vomIting, etc

Most commonly: is platelet dysfunction or low platelet levels.... also seen with anticoagulant therapy... Try VITAMIN C ( which strengthens the tiny vessels) but have this situation checked out (Platelet Count) if this has not been dome already!
