Possible: Allergic reactions of all types can cause itching and peeling skin.  You would havenoticed the bites first prior to the peeling skin.  Also you should check your bed for bed bugs if you are suspicious.

Heel treatment: Soak your feet in warm water for about 10 minutes three evenings a week, then use a callus file to remove some of the dry skin. Pat dry, then rub in a thick moisturizer cream (like Eucerin Advanced Repair Creme or similar) and wear cotton socks to hold the cream in place while you sleep. Make sure that your shoes fit well and avoid walking barefoot. See a podiatrist if your symptoms continue.

Some of the products are designed to slowly peel the layers off your face to get rid of whiteheads and blackheads. Be sure you are not scrubbing or washing too aggressively with the products or leaving them on too long. Some dryness is expected.

Bicycle seat.: It may sound obvious, but the most likely cause is simple irritation from your bike seat. It could also be a fungal or yeast infection, however, or more rarely, a bacterial infection or contact allergic reaction. Your doctor can do a scraping or culture to determine the cause.

Fungus: Most likely fungus/athletes foot.  Misconception that it always itches.  Try OTC Micatin (miconazole) spray or lotrimin cream

Irritation: There are a number of things that can irritate this sensitive area. Sensitivity to laundry detergents, toilet paper, or feminine products can cause this as well as yeast infection. Avoid products that have fragrance or color.

Tissue fluid: Damaged, burned tissue exudes fluid leaking out of ruptured cells. Not dangerous. Nothing magic about aloe. Any lubricating oil or ointment will be beneficial.Water is also useful. Avoid antiseptics and antibiotics. Avoid bacitracin, neosporin, etc. Next time prepare to better protect yourself from sun damage.
