Muscle Twitching: Biggest concern would be for a motor neuron disease.  An example would be lou gerhing's disease or als.  I would definitely have this evaluated.  Start with your primary care provider, a neurologist, or physiatrist.

: Classically, generalized true fasciculations could be due to motor neuron diseases, benign fasciculations, and hyperthyroidism.  If not yet done, get thyroid studies completed.  If you possess a lack of confidence in currently involved physicians, get a second opinion from a neuromuscular specialist.

Healthy living now: The best thing is healthy living now, to build as much bone and muscle premenopause, and then try to maintain as much as possible into older years.  Adequate calcium intake. Vit d (may want to get your level checked). Correct dose of levothyroxine (hyperthyroidism causes bone loss). Exercise.  Healthy weight.  Low stress.

Causes need to be : Your problem seems to be overwhelming toxicity in the body that is creating the pain.

You need to find a doctor who respects the toxic causes of pain and who can try to put you on a program to lower your toxic levels of heavy metals, solvent , pesticides and industrial chemicals.

See a doctor: Whatever you have is systemic, i.e., affecting multiple organ systems. It could be an infection or an autoimmune disease e.g. lupus or Graves disease. It is extremely unwise of you to be posting here rather than seeking diagnosis and treatment ASAP. What you have may be something that causes permanent damage if untreated. No way to know without seeing a live doctor in a real office. Don't delay.

It is a med that U-: -need to wean your self off of. Gradually decrease the dose over a month and your body will no longer crave it. By that I mean it's a med that is addicting for your body and withdrawal will happen if suddenly stopped. This should be a done under the care of your treating physician.
