It's difficult to: Make an assessment of a skin lesion without seeing it. It could be one of many possibilities including eczema , tinea/fungus etc. Go see your dr for an accurate diagnoses. Take care!

Get it evaluated: It is impossible to answer without be able to see the rash. Let your primary care doctor or a dermatologist take a look.

Relax; Cool It!: The tongue responds to trauma such as hot or cold liquids, hot peppers, and caustic drinks.  Avoid these incidents and you will have less "bumps".

Pruritis: Could be several things. Commonly fungus ( jock itch) would be helped by diaper cream. Also possible allergy based so Benadryl (diphenhydramine) could alleviate the itching. Other causes, such as neuropathic itching from spinal nerve impingement requires examination. Either way if if doesn't get better or worsens, have an exam to fully elucidate the diagnosis, then treatment  will be more specific.

Need more info: It's hard to diagnose skin lesions without seeing them. Most skin lesions that itch are caused by allergies and/or insect bites. My best advice is to make an appointment with your family physician and have him/her examine you.

May be fungal: Requires HD photos or examination to make informed assessment. However this type of rash may be fungal related (tinea vesicolor, tinea cruris, candidiasis)

Here are some...: Are you sure that scrotal itchy spots are related with skin fungal infection? If not improving under fluconazole as expected, try applying topical cream with anifungal agent with 1% hydrocortison gingerly 1-2 times daily and keep the affected area as clean &amp; dry as possible without using much soap or cleansing soap since contact dermatitis, atopic dermatitis, psoriasis, &amp; dermatomycosis are common

hi i have small white spots on my knuckles. they are painless and are not itchy... i got hem around 3 weeks ago ... should i be worried?

White spots on hands: Do you have exposure to chemicals or foliage?  Could be contact dermatitis or eczema.  Alternatively could be fungal, though that is less common. Would try over the counter topical steroid cream, if that does not work consider anti-fungal. Should moisturizer daily. f/u w/ doctor

i just noticed white spots on my neck, they are not painfull not itchy but i am scared will that spot continue to my back, right now they are only on neck?

White spots: This could be vitiligo or a fungal infection ( tinea versicolor).  If you are concerned have the condition evaluated by your doctor.
