Sorting out the significance of those symptoms depends on accompanied circumstances (precipitating events, duration, palpitations), objective findings (abnormal cardiac or neurologic exam), age (younger, older), etc.  Often these may be relatively benign (if younger patient and not objective abnormalities), but may also be a harbinger of more serious underlying conditions.  Talk to your doctor.

Accepted Answer

Dehydration, more than fasting, is a likely cause of fainting. Fainting may occur with fasting due to hypoglycemia, but fall in blood pressure from dehydration is more likely.
Wish you good health! - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex.

Vertigo is the sensation of movement when you are not moving.  For most people this causes nausea and vomiting.  The sensation comes from ear and brain centers that are designed for balance and orientation.  When they are off kilter we sense movement and get very disoriented.  The cause may be quite complex.  A thorough evaluation would be appropriate.

Dizziness, nausea, lightheadedness, and feeling off-balance can all be symptoms of low blood sugar. Try drinking a glass of milk or juice and see if the symptoms go away. If you have a blood glucose monitor at home, always check your blood sugar if you are having these symptoms. If they persist after a snack, a physician can evaluate the problem.

Some people get lightheaded / dizzy / "giddy" or other adjectives to describe an unpleasant sensation in response to some smells or other stimuli. If you are normal when away from the odor and symptomatic when near it, then it is likely the culprit. If symptoms persist, then may be something else and coincidence, so see your Dr to be sure.

Human is not made to eat just one meal a day and thus you are subjecting yourself to bouts of hypoglycemia when without food for a long time , thus the weakness and dizziness  you need to eat at least 3 meals a day. They need not be large, just enough to cover your energy need.

All medications can cause dizziness as dizziness is very common and is the first listed side effect in any drug trials.  You can try omeprazole over the counter to see if you get rid of the dizziness.  You must remember to take the medicine one hour before breakfast and supper.  I like giving the medicine 2 times a day.  It works better for the reflux.  Good luck and feel better!

Dizziness/lightheadedness is very non-specific and can be seen in almost any disease and can be just be the manifestation of benign positional vertigo. Hypothyroidism normally doesn't present with that.

Accepted Answer

It is unlikely that a bulging disc will cause your symptoms. It may cause muscle spasms of the neck muscles, which cause pain along with any nerve that is being pinched by the bulging disc. Pain can cause lightheadedness or even dizziness if it is severe. Please get evaluated by a physician.
