30 y.old.female.local pain on upper left breast,on the side of the sternum.mild, hurts when i apply pressure or lie on it like a bruise but no bruise!not sure if breast,muscle or rib related.had breast check up ultrasound 20 days ago and was normal?

: It is likely costochondral pain due to costochondritis or due to heavily use those joints by the unusual activity on the previous day. This pain can be elicited by pressing on the joint (close to the breast bone) or over expanding your chest. You can take Ibuprofen 400 - 600 mg with full stomach as a trial. If pain is relieved, you have the right answer. It should get better in a day or two.

Have it checked: At your age this is usually what is called fibrocystic disease of the breast, which is a benign condition resulting from breast cysts. This is usually treated with birth control pills. Caffeine and chocolate may make the symptoms worse, although this not entirely clear. Wound have a doctor examine the breasts to exclude anything more serious, especially if a family history of breast cancer.

Muscle strain: A bout of coughing may have strained the muscles. You may watch and wait. If it does not get better in a week or so, it would be prudent to see your doctor for an evaluation.
Wish you good health! - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex.

Musculoskeletal pain: Sounds like musculoskeletal pain. If your doctor can elicit sharply localized tenderness over the area, it would confirm the clinical impression.

Yes: Yes. However if using nsaids pain does not go away , get checked by doctor.

Cyst or infection: At your age, it's likely just a cyst.  Other possibilities are an infection.  Take some ibuprofen, and if it persists, see your physician.

i have underarm bruises with on and off rashes, size 36k breasts and try to wear fitting bras and most times i do not wear a bra at home, causes?

Allergy?: Perhaps the rashes are due to an allergy? I would try a different deodorant. 
Liquid washing products and clothes drying additives can also be a source of allergic sources.
The bruises might be due to small size bra.  Google bra fitting and they tell you how to measure and calculate fit. If bra pinches it could possibly bruise the skin.

No,not unless: severe. It will fade with time if you stop bruising it.
