Yes, but: Tuberculosis in the kidney can cause microscopic hematuria. Tuberculosis in the lung would not. In all likelihood these two issues are not related. It would be prudent to discuss the issue with the doctor who ordered the urine examination.

A U/A, not: A pap will show microscopic heamturia. I'd first repeat it, and make sue it is not done at thetime you were instrumnted for the pap, and not close to your menses. It can be an infection, irritation of bladder or urethra, and  upper tract (kidney or ureter, and cancers if you are over 40.

Microscopic hematuria: It could be a benign condition, Ig A nephropathy or thin basement membrane disease.
Make sure bp is normal and kidney function is stable.

Other reasons could be other glomerulonephritides, but they usually give rise to protein in the urine. Some people have have kidney cysts or small kidney stones but they also give rise to frank blood in urine.

i heard that after cystoscope & ct scan for microscopic hematuria, 80% of time no cause is found and urine is monitored yearly. does that sound right?

Generally yes,: Before doing the imaging study and cystoscopy, a complete urinalysis should be done to evaluate for infection and the presence of red blood cell casts which would indicate glomerulonephritis.  Also, a test for calcium/creatinine ration for evaluation of hyper calciuria, a common cause of hematuria.  Sometimes checking other close family members is helpful, as there is a familial hematuria syndrome

Asymptomatic hematur: Asymptomatic microscopic hematuria if accompanied with proteinuria or abnormal renal function require renal workup. If normal renal function with absence of proteinuria then urology work up is indicated which could include a cystoscopy

: Sterile pyuria (leukocyturia) is typical for interstitial cystitis not lone hematuria. The urine dipstick is positive for occult blood does not always mean true hematuria. I am curious why your partner has checked urine so often.
