See your doctor!: This sounds like some sort of internal infection, probably not related to HPV. However, if you have not been having pap smears over the years, cervical cancer could cause such symptoms. Other cancers also are possible.

Ped. pelvic pain: Pelvic pain (non-specific) in an 8 year old is can be due to may things but certain etiologies are easily ruled out. Blood in urine is not normal in an 8 year old. Urinary tract infection appears to be ruled out however vaginal causes may be contributing. Certain pathologies or trauma in young females should always be ruled out by a pediatric gynecologist.
