Eczema or infection: Could be eczema or folliculitis (breakouts similar to acne) or a type of yeast infection. Eczema can be treated with topical steroid creams. Folliculitis is treated with topical and/or oral antibiotics. Candida intertrigo (yeast infection) can be treated with topical antifungal creams. You need to see your doctor for proper diagnosis and treatment.

Fungus or yeast : Candida or yeast infection is common under the breasts and other areas of the body where skin is moist and two surfaces are in contact. Fungal infections of the skin can present as you have described. Tinea versicolor is usually not itchy. Tinea corporis is another fungal condition of skin. Your PCP should be able to diagnose and treat it after examination.

Get examined: Without a picture or a better understanding of what these red spots are and what exposures you've had we really can't give much guidance other than that you should be seen.

what could this be? i have red spots all over my arms, upper back; chest, breasts, shoulders and stomach. they almost look like bites but there are a ton of them, and the itch very badly. i have had hives before and this doesn't look like it  is the same

There : There are many possibilities including a drug rash, a viral exanthem, scabies, eczema, bites, psoriasis, and many others.  Hard to tell without a picture, unfortunately. i have red spots on my upper abdomen. they started between my breasts about 4 months ago and keep moving lower. they itch and itch. they arent raised.

Red spots: There are many possibilities. You should see your doctor, preferably a dermatologist for evaluation and treatment. It is not possible to diagnose them without seeing them.

Pityriasis: What you are describing could be pityriasis.  Pityriasis is a rash that causes red patches just like you described and is often mistaken for ringworm.  It can occur anywhere on the body and is often itchy but not always.   It is not contagious and will go away on it's own in about 6-8 weeks.   Here is some more info;

Not sure of the: context. Lyme disease is an infection. It can have a rash and would need treatment. Mostly people mean "I think I might have had lyme disease sometime in the past". And the organism would certainly be entirely gone with treatment. While one can have an injury from it, it is less likely to have rash from treated lyme than treated gunshot wound.
THen, inflammations, infections, circulatory issues ..

Anxiety & skin rash: Stress and anxiety can trigger or worsen skin conditions such as urticaria (hives). The key is to control your anxiety. Antidepressants can be helpful for preventing acute anxiety attacks. To control your skin rash due to anxiety, you can try cool compresses or take antihistamines. I have found doxepine, an antidepressant with a strong antihistamine effect, to be helpful in stress-induced rash.

Possible: Anxiety can definitely cause physical symptoms in the head, chest, back and arms.  But these can also be signs of other serious health conditions so you should see your doctor and have a thorough examination so that you can treated for the correct problem.
