Different patterns: Strabismus is the generic term for eye misalignment of any cause.  If from childhood, the eyes are separated about the same in all positions.  If from cranial palsy, the degree of separation goes from normal away from the action of the muscles, to a very wide difference in the direction of the action of that muscle.  An ophthalmologist can usually readily make this distinction.

The treatment consists of an interposition nerve graft that takes 3-12 months to regenerate. If this is not successful, then muscle and tendon transfers are used to stabilize and reduce pain in the scapula.

A : A "dislocated neck" is a very very event.  I'm not certain what you mean by "cranial nerve damage."  heart falure generally results from years of heart disease or heart valve disease but can certainly happen if someone is very ill or severely injured.  Liver failure is usually the result of many years of damage to the liver wither with infection or alcohol abuse with resulting ascites, but sometimes people can go into liver failure beacuse of a sudden and devestating illness like sepsis (massive infection) or severe injury.  Without knowing any other particulars about your case, it would be difficult to comment further.

No, CN IV: Trochlear nerve is a motor cranial nerve for the superior oblique muscle on the opposite site, because of cross (decussate) in the brain stem. This is the only cranial nerve to decussate. Abducens nerve is (CN VI). Hope it helps.
