No: Cigarette smoking has a variety of health effects that may be detrimental, but scarring and blockage of fallopian tubes is not one of them. Scarring of the fallopian tubes is usually due to infection, previous surgery or occasionally from bleeding related to ovarian cyst rupture.

No: High blood sugar in and of itself does not cause scars or broken skin. however , Diabetic patients can show chronic skin changes such as thickening or discoloration. Also diabetic skin can be more prone to infection or poor healing if injured , especially , if blood sugar levels remain high.

Probably just that: As doctors we don't usually call anything scars of the lungs so I can't be sure what you mean.  Smoking may disrupt lung structure leading to what is called emphysema.  Pulmonary fibrosis may occur spontaneously.  Old pneumonia may leave permanent changes, which seems like a scar. There is no cure for these diseases but treatment may help.  Your dad should get a lung specialist if at all possible.

Not usually.: Scar tissue does not have nerves in it. It can sometimes trap nearby nerves and feel funny. The problem should not spread over time.

Kidney reflux: This topic has been addressed recently by pediatric specialist and is changing our current methods of treatment so I would talk to a pediatric nephrologist for current recommendations.

when i was 8, the dr found i had tb germ&i took medicine  4 a yr 2 get rid of it. even tho i didn't active tb could the germ cause scarring of my lung?

No: It sounds you had a primary TB and therefore, it is very unlikely to get scarring.
