Coughing attacks: Coughing may be caused by many things, one of which happens to be a medicine you are currently using.Zestoretic (lisinopril and hydrocholorthiazide) is a combination drug, which combines Lisinopril and hydrochlorothiazide. Lisinopril has been implicated in coughing attacks, and some people can't use it for that reason. Although it has an overall good action, this drug is known to cause cough. Talk with your doctor about other options.

?? PE: Need to rule out pulmonary embolism . You need a ct chest. Also you have htn, pcos, pcos increases risk for CAD and also Insulin resistance which inturn can cause cad. Need and ekg and further work up , see a doctor.

NOTHING: Works 100% of the time or has a 0% failure rate. There are always exceptions. It's not a perfect world out there.

Doubt the Depo cause: Usually depo-provera doesn't cause nausea, but if it did, i would expect it would have occured sooner after the shot was given, because that is when the hormone level is highest in your body.  Its levelgradually tapers downward over the 3 months it is active.  However pregnancy can occur despite depo-provera (nothing is foolproof), so check a pregnancy test.  Consider GI problems also.
