I suppose: One would expect that a patient needing nitrates would be more likely to have complications from any nicotine compound which would promote vasospasm.  However,  if the choice were nicorette (nicotine gum) vs. Cigarettes, i would prefer the nicorette (nicotine gum).

Not a problem: Forget it - it takes about 30 minutes to absorb any significant amount of medication .Even then, the worst that would happen is you'd get a headache.

No: There really is no evidence that nitrates will improve the quality of an erection.  In fact, nitroglycerine can cause venodilation and may adversely affect the strength of an erection.

Good but: Nitroglycerin is a short acting medication used to dilate blood vessels. This helps to relieve symptoms of angina. Nitroglycerin does not treat the blockage of heart disease. You should see your doctor if you are having episodes of angina.  Good luck.

Indoor allergens: There is little that pollinates in the winter. If you are in the south you may experience mountain cedar pollinating then, but in the north there isn't really anything. So allergies in the winter tend to be caused by indoor allergens (pets, etc), or are not allergies but upper respiratory infections, or irritant responses to pollution, response to cold/dry air, etc.

An allergist can perform skin tests for these and have an answer in 20 min.

Why some adults can consume crabs their entire life without any problems and others can go on to develop symptoms is unknown.
