Yes: Bactroban (mupirocin) is a topical medication for treating skin infections.  If you have an allergy to sulfa antibiotics, you should not have a problem with bactroban (mupirocin) which is not absorbed into your system and should not cause an allergic reaction in those with a sulfa antibiotic (which is absorbed).

Fixed drug eruption?: Sorry to hear of this problem, but glad you're seeing a dermatologist. S/he is the best person to further evaluate the problem. Your question about allergy may be a clue. Certain medications can cause this sort of thing. "Burn" like and "seeping" suggest the kind of allergy called fixed drug eruption. Ask the dermatologist. Diphenhydramine (Benadryl) probably won't help much.

Unlikely: Although any medication can cause a rash, if a cream is expired it may be less effective. Neomycin topically can cause a rash, but unlikely with Mupirocin alone.

what is the cause of recurrent furuncles? i took coamoxiclav but wasnt able to finish the course, now im applying bactroban (mupirocin) cream for my 5th infection

Chronic Carrier: People who have recurrent furuncles can often be carriers of the bacteria.  Often, they carry the bacteria in their nose or groin or armpits (warm moist areas).  In order to solve this problem, those sites need to be treated periodically.  I would see your pcp or a dermatologist for help.  This problem is not difficult to control in most cases.

Maybe/not: Mupirocin is just one antibiotic ointment that may help prevent infection or help healing if a wound germs are sensitive to that medicine. It may not. Treating the wound with hydrogen peroxide followed by drying can also help. Some germs may be resistant to both.

C diff: No you don’t have to worry. C. Diff is not easily transmitted if proper precautions are used, Enron so Bactroban in the nose is not a risk factor

Wrong treatments...: ...and my guess is they didn't help much. Your symptoms were typical for a yeast infection, maybe genital herpes, and possibly other STDs like gonorrhea or chlamydia. None of these would respond to either of these treatments, and delaying proper treatment could cause big problems. You should see a doctor or clinic ASAP for professional examination, testing, and proper treatment. Good luck!

Better hold: either atarax (hydroxyzine) or norco, as both together can interact causing CNS depression and psychomotor impairment even if spaced out

Here are some ...: Irritation in the glans penis is usually related with long foreskin; if so, circumcision is the surest long-term care of choice although antifungal with steroid cream + good local hygiene may give temporary relief. Occasionally, its irritation may not be related with contact dermatitis, lichen planus. Without a look at it, it's hard to give an accurate Dx. So, seek pro-evaluation / counseling if..
