Absolutely yes..: This medicine slows down your intestinal motility, reduces fecal volume and increases viscosity, thus it can cause constipation if you are senstive to it or over using it. It is often used to treat diarrhea, short-term use. Stopping it should resolve your constipiation in a couple of days if it is causing your constipation. Consult doc if severe/persistent. Good luck.

Loperamide: Loperamide is a pregnancy category C drug-animal studies have failed to show harm. No controlled human studies.  Which means one dose is unlikely to cause harm.  However contact your doctor if you plan to take any over the counter drugs while you are pregnant.

No: The main ingredient of Imodium is loperamide. It works by slowing intestinal transit time, which gives the bowels more time to reabsorb water. It does not cause urinary retention.  I would recommend that you drink more water if you have noticed  a decrease in urine output. Good luck.

my first question is why you are taking the combination?
Imodium for diarrhea,my guess you might be having gastroenteritis,that can cause rectal bleeding.the illness not the medicine.
the other dilemma why keflex did you start taking it before the diarrhea,or after.
the combination will not cause rectal bleeding.
keflex on rare occasion can cause diarrhea.

Diarrhea: may need to take some antibiotics.  Need a stool culture to see what the cause is.  see your doctor .  Try to stay hydrated and treat the fever
