if i get a vaginal fissure or tear from sex, could this cause lichen sclerosus? i fell deep into google and am scared, i have no symptoms of the disease other than tearing during sex. i dont want to get it?

Probably not: I see a lot of people with anal fissures, but not one of them has had lichen sclerosis to my knowledge.  The fissures are usually caused by constipation.  Sometimes they improve spontaneously, sometimes they require a short operation.

No blood test: Lichen sclerosis is a biopsy diagnosis not a blood test diagnosis. Generally the pathologist sees atrophic changes of the skin- there is a thinner epidermis with a thicker collagen area and there may be some inflammation. it is more common post menopausally and may respond to topical estrogens.It is a benign condition.

hello , i have white sticky patches on the penis and under the covered skin(itching) maybe it is lichen sclerosus . so may i know how this caused ? does it curable permanently ? what is the home remedy for this ? how to prevent it ? thank you?

: Keep the area clean and dry and apply OTC hydrocort ointment for a  week or so. If not better pl see a Urologist. Self diagnosis is dangerous and from your description the diagnosis is wrong. Good luck

Sometimes : Vulvar burning and itching are very common and the skin can become very thin and have a whitish appearance sometimes.

Pale itchy patches: Lichen sclerosus appears as itchy, pale, fragile patches of skin usually involving the external genitalia and perianal areas, but occasionally seen on the breasts or elsewhere. Most common in postmenopausal women, occasionally seen children and men. Untreated ls can cause permanent scarring so proper diagnosis and  treatment is essential.
