No worry: This findings is very common and most likely due to stress. Some medications and other conditions can cause that but  stress is the most common cause and not a source for any concern if there are no other findings.

They should not: Seroquel and Lamisil (terbinafine) do not have tinnitus (ringing of the ears) listed in my resources as known side effects.  A journey by airplane to or from Ecuador, however, or a viral ear infection could cause this symptom.  If continuing beyond a week, or if accompanied by hearing loss, it is worthwhile to have it seen properly in clinic.

i am taking yaz and lamisil. i got my period normally when i was supposed to (before my last period i had brown discharge for a few days and my period lasted for 2 days). i wonder if the contraceptive effect is reduced and do i have a reason to worry?

: "Yaz" is a low dose oral contraceptive, and because the use of same stops ovarian production of estrogen, the lining of the uterus (endometrium) is not as thick as with a "natural" menstrual cycle, so there is frequently minimal withdrawal bleeding.  This does not affect the contraceptive aspect, unless the "placebo" period is longer than seven days, and ovulation can occur.
