Yes - smaller FB: Smaller foreign bodies can sometimes be aspirated (especially by children) with minimal symptoms at the time of aspiration - like a brief coughing fit while eating. I've personally seen cases in children with aspiration of peanut fragments, watermelon seeds etc. Which were causing chronic cough & wheezing but no choking episode was recollected by parents. These were diagnosed on bronchoscopy.

Inhaled foreign body: This is a serious problem. When an object is inhaled, it can end up stuck in the throat (with coughing, choking, gagging), in the lungs (where it may or may not trigger  cough), or in the stomach, where it will usually pass. Throat and respiratory inhalation require immediate care to dislodge or remove the object. Stomach ingestions can be watched for 72 hours to see if they pass on their own.

Nasal foreign body: Assuming you have a foreign body in the nose, the foremost strategy would be to remove the foreign body.  Your nose will be much happier that way, too.  If the foreign body can't be taken out right away, avoid sleeping on your back, breath with your mouth open and expedite getting it out.  Removal of nasal foreign bodies is typically not something that should wait...Not even longer than a day.

Yes: The nose is connected to the lungs by the trachea, so there is a risk of aspirating a foreign body from the nose into the lungs. Signs of foreign body aspiration include sudden choking, breathing difficulty, coughing and wheezing. If you suspect your child of aspirating a foreign body, call your doctor right away. This could be a life-threatening condition.

Until Infection Heal: Metallic taste from a nasal foreign object is either from the object chemically reacting with the nasal mucosa or causing an infection. Normal taste should return in 3-7 after the object is removed and the local infection is healed.

Follw your doctor: I suppose by doctor you mean opthalmologist(eye specialist) if so follow his/her advice
otherwise see an eye doctor for second opinion.

how does foreign body cause aortoenteric fistula? fb needs to cause infection first? would this infection persist & not go away? even if fb is blunt?

Depends on the objec: Much depends on the object.  Chronic abrasive forces could induce granulation around the structure  as it erodes through the abdominal wall.  My grandfather swallowed a toothpick which then perforated his small intestine into his splenic artery

They usually: don't!!!!!!! (Unless they are "jammed in" eg impacted stool in the descending colon/rectum and this would be VERY unusual!

why would inflammation caused by tvt bladder sling cause a flare of cryofibrinogenemia?  is it more likely the injury to surrounding tissues caused by sling or the foreign body reaction to the sling?

Difficult to say: Any inflammation can cause a flare of cryofibrinogenemia, whether from injury to surrounding tissue or foreign body reaction to sling.

after surgery to remove a portion of mini arc bladder sling, when path report shows chronic inflammation and foreign body reaction to material and mesh, will portion not removed likely cause problems?

No one knows: Your problem is most regrettable & i sympathize.  It is unfortunate that surgeons have inserted mesh for a variety of abdominal & pelvic problems in a race to outmaneuver mother nature. Long term consequences are coming back to haunt them.  Unfortunately, no one can guess the answer to your question.
