?? PE: Need to rule out pulmonary embolism . You need a ct chest. Also you have htn, pcos, pcos increases risk for CAD and also Insulin resistance which inturn can cause cad. Need and ekg and further work up , see a doctor.

Yes: Hyponatremia, or low blood sodium is a known and potentially very dangerous side effect of hydrochlorothiazide (hctz).  It can happen in people at any point in therapy, even if the medication had been well tolerated for years.  It tends to happen more often in the elderly.  If it occurs, once properly treated, the patient should not go back on thiazide-type diuretics again.

Blood pressure: Combination drugs are used to make therapy easier for the patient. Their effects are often additive both the postives and the negatives. If you're getting good results with the drug for your hypertension and have experienced no downsides, you shouldn't have anxiety. You do need to be followed by your doctor however. Problems can show up late your doctor will be on the lookout.

Yes: Hydrochlorthiazide can cause hypercalcemia. Amlodipine does not cause hypercalcemia.
Hypercalcemia caused by hydrochlorthiazide should improve in 2 weeks after stopping the hydrocholthiazide- if it does not it may be indicate there could be an underlying condition for the high calcium and overactive parathyroid gland is a possible consideration if that is the case.

No BP Rx: This blood pressure medicine wears of within 24 hrs.Thats why one must take it daily.Be sure the BP comes down once you are back on your rx.

No: HCTZ (hydrochlorothiazide) works on kidneys to get excess sodium and other minerals out so Blood pressure go's down as sodium=salt, is a major contributor to high BP. Sleep apnea can also contribute to highBP, and if consistently unchecked can do a lot of havoc to the body which will usually be over a long time. Main reason is because less oxygen placing more strain on the organs-simple explanation.
