Need foot specialist: In general, treatment is either via splinting/ bracing, or surgical correction & repair. In discussing foot deformities, one needs to consult w/ a specialist b/c deformities can be forefoot, midfoot or rearfoot/ankle deformities. Deformities in each category are many and varied, so to discuss treatment, u need to be more specific, i.e. Its severity (simple or complex) & chronicity (old or recent).

is calluses in feet early sign of  foot deformities in arthritis?

No: No calluses are generally limited to the skin and subcutaneous tissue. They are not related to any bone deformity. If calluses are not kept clean they may not heal which may eventually cause a local infection. And worst case scenarios this infection may spread to the bone and cause osteomyelitis which is the infection of the bone. This could be complicated specially in diabetic patients and may require amputation of the bon.

There are a few: There are several conditions that can cause the foot to turn inward.  Metarsus adductus is one where the long bones of the foot turn inward.  High arched feet can make the entire foot turn in.  But many times feet turning inward, especially during walking (intoe walking or pigeon toed walking) is often from the leg or the hip.  I recommend seeing a podiatrist for further evaluation.

Likely epigenetic: This is unlikely to be due to genetic influences since you two are genetically identical. Possibilities causing the deformity include amniotic band syndrome or deformity due to fetal crowding. Varies: It is probably too early at this point, just three months out because there is still the potential to improve or worsen from your condition.  Once the deformity is stable, however, the surgery type depends in part on the flexibility of the deformity; with soft tissue procedures for flexible deformities and bone surgeries for rigid deformities.  You would want to be using an orthotic/ brace now.

right hip has coxa magna deformity from perthes as kid. could this cause the intermittent severe pain from my right hip to ankle? also get periodic buzzing sensation in that ankle + in perianal area.

Possibly: Any deformity in the hip area is going to have direct impact to the knee and ankle and foot. You may want to get a second opinion from an osteopathic physician, can do musculoskeletal evaluation of your condition, and able to offer him treatment, that might also help the sins the strange sensations that you're getting in the ankle as well as the groin. There are fascial connections via the hip.

i had a displaced bimalleolar fracture over a year ago that needed surgery to place 2 plates and i went on to develop crps. is it possible for a fracture like this to cause a very visible deformity of the ankle,without their being a full dislocation?

: There are mani things affecting healing of such fractures- bone alignment, degree of damage, any complications etc. pl ask surgeon for explanation. If not happy get another opinion. Wish you the best

Poor circulation: You may have peripheral artery disease or poor circulation to that feet - do you have leg pain or discomfort when you are on your feet a little longer or go for a walk - please talk to your doctor about this!
