Complete your workup: Even with prediabetes, ED is somewhat unusual in a 31 year old, so I agree work-up is reasonable. So maybe CBP is CBC. The hormone tests you had are reasonable blood tests; perhaps add FSH/LH. Many would do urinalysis and then duplex ultrasound to check penile blood flow. Finally, NPT (nocturnal penile tumescence) might be measured to see if erections occur during sleep which is normal.

There is also a drug called Lysteda that contains no hormones which will help others. If you are done having children discuss the option of an endometrial ablation. In some cases a hysterectomy will be needed.

Suggest preg test: see your ob-gyn for additional advice, but i would suggest obtaining pregnancy test at the drug store. Sometimes women can be several days late, but it might be judicious to get the test soon.

does accutane have the potential to cause heart diseases? because my cholesterol and ldl levels have increased from taking this drug so just wondering if it'll impact my health in the long term. im 5 months into accutane?

: No.I have not seen reports of it affecting your cholesterol and LDL as blood levels driven by you genes and your diet.  So most likely you changed your diet between studies. Some folks are very sensitive to diet. Do a family tree for cholesterol and heart disease.  And learn to feed your roots correctly... to keep lipids healthier.
