Something unrelated and of no importance.EEG findings sometimes have a better correlation with  future seizure activity. This is best explained by the doc who has access to all the data.

Really?: Did you ever have seizures, enlarged head, clumsiness, or lots of falls as a kid growing up?  I find it hard to believe that a 24 year old is being first discovered as having cortical dysplasia because of 24/7 headaches.  This condition is usually picked up in childhood.  No specific treatment exists. If seizures are beyond control some patients get surgical resection. Get a 2nd opinion on the MRI
