Throat: Doesnt sound like allergies. Maybe part of a viral illness which would affect balance as well but this is one of those things you have to check out with a doctor.

Librax (clinidium and chlordiazepoxide) will work,: but is habit forming. Still, if your IBS is bad, I would try the librax (clinidium and chlordiazepoxide) temporarily at 4x/day,but not continue on this dose for any extended period of time

Cipro (ciprofloxacin) CNS effects: Cipro (ciprofloxacin) is reported to have some CNS side effects incl "nervousness, agitation, insomnia, anxiety, nightmares or paranoia" as well as convulsions and some others  (http://www.univgraph.com/bayer/inserts/ciprotab.pdf) so potentially this could be related.  Best to contact the doctor who prescribed this for guidance about alternatives.

5-100mg, no: Choridiazepoxide (librium) is a very long acting benzodiazepine med. Total daily dose is from 5-100 mg divided into 2-3 doses/day. Used for alcohol withdrawal and anxiety. Clonazepam dose is 0.5-10 mg and it is used for anxiety, seizures, panic, and periodic limb movements.

?? "minasage": I am not aware of a medication with that name, and you should check the spelling on the label.  It is critical that both of your doctors know all the medications the other is prescribing, and that they communicate on some regular basis.  There are no serious interactions between these meds (again ? What minasage is), but it depends on dose and other factors.
