: Severe lower back pain and fatigue could indicate a bladder infection that has traveled to your kidneys. Do you have any bladder symptoms (painful urination, cloudy/odorous urine, frequent need to urinate but small amounts?) You should be seen by a Dr for a urinalysis and exam. Treatment is simple, but requires a prescription.

Not much: The onset of action is a bit slower for Ketoprofen and dexketoprofen is not available in the us.
