i ate a whole head of cauliflower, i made it like a mashed potato.  around 1/2 hour later i got such a sever pain in the middle of my stomach that traveled under my wing bones, and it lasted for 1 hr.

Consultants: Caulifor is a gas forming vegetable which could cause those symroms- this sounds like gas trapping ; however get a consultant opinion and use simethicone tablets as needed for gas (pphazyne or gasx)-i would laso advise an abdominal ultrasound: er if symtoms worsen.

3 painful bumps on my pernium. not blisters, oozing, or cauliflower like, not crusting or scabbing, or forming a head, burns during urination?

Cellulitis: Painful bumps indicate inflammation, most likely infectious from skin bacteria. Put some Polysporin (bacitracin and polymyxin) ointment on them and take ibuprofen for a couple of days. You should also disk these with Epson salt. If no improvement in 2 days, see your doctor for a quick exam and assessment. You may need a course of antibiotic to treat.

Jadassohn&#x27;s: Nevus sebaceus. Just watch it. Junior will probably want it off when he&#x27;s older. Any sudden changes or new lumps or ulcers within the lesion should be seen.

Needs biopsy: An enlarging mole should be addressed by excisional biopsy. See your dermatologist or plastic surgeon to have it addressed. The obvious concern is a change or dysplasia in a mole which can lead to melanoma.

Should be fine: I would not worry too much about a mole being traumatically removed. Perhaps it was serendipitous. Certainly be sure to seek evaluation depending upon how hard you hit your head to rule out other injuries. A topical antibiotic cream can help keep the area clean and moist while it heals. Whether or not the skin growth should be evaluated by a physician regardless of the injury is a different topic.

Malignant melanoma can occur on the glans penis or shaft, though this is a very rare occurrence and primarily confined to the elderly. Increasing size, irregular borders, changing colors certainly warrant exam by dermatologist
