I had a pink mole/ growth on my head and i smashed my head on a cabinet and the growth ripped off should i be worried?

Should be fine: I would not worry too much about a mole being traumatically removed. Perhaps it was serendipitous. Certainly be sure to seek evaluation depending upon how hard you hit your head to rule out other injuries. A topical antibiotic cream can help keep the area clean and moist while it heals. Whether or not the skin growth should be evaluated by a physician regardless of the injury is a different topic.
