Sleep: Sleep on your back, with a good pillow. Determine if you need a better mattress. Consider physical therapy. See doctor , get examined, and maybe run some test or x-rays.

When egg has Planted: BBT rises a day after ovulation.And it can be as many as 3 days
If pregnancy occurs and that happens when the fertilized egg has been planted in the uterus

Strange: We need more history. For how long you have this problem? So you have any pain same time? Any history of trauma? How is your libido ? What is your testosterone level? Any hernias? It will help to get testicular sonogram  and a good physical exam.

Continue to monitor: Pain is not the same thing as weakness, but pain could lead to weakness. 3 days in a row ive blood while bowel movement. today i saw cut on anus (psoriasis was also there). can blood be sign of anything contagious? can i avoid visiting doc and having colonoscopy done? (no other symptoms:doesnt hurt and have no burning).

Some basics: Bright red blood found on the surface of poop is most likely fresh &amp; from a cut/fissure/sore at the outlet. Darker maroon blood would come from higher up in the system &amp; be more worrisome for a problem needing colonoscopy.Dark blood mixed within the poop can be from an infectious disease like salmonella but these are usually marked by diarrhea.

Before surgery: If you have torn your ACL and have a hemarthrosis( blood in knee) ; it may be recommended to have your knee aspirated of the blood and for you to regain fairly normal motion in the knee prior to surgery.ACL reconstruction immediately after tearing your ACL can lead to knee stiffness( arthrofibrosis). Regaining motion and strengthening the quads (1-3 weeks)is therefore reccomended prior to surgery.

often when i eat spicy/hot foods i have a bowel movement later it comes out just as hot & very painful. is there a reason for this/way to avoid this?

Avoid spicy foods: Sometimes this can be from active hemorrhoids or the medical condition pruritus ani. Spicy foods often have an ingredient capsaicin which can set off the p nerve fibers in the body. It seems that some people have more sensitive nerve fibers in their  body and the capsaicin found in hot peppers triggers this.
